Our dedicated fire alarm installation and maintenance teams work to the current British Standard BS5839 for the installation of automatic fire alarm and detection systems. We not only install new systems but take over and upgrade existing installations providing certification through each of the processes from design to installation. Be it a conventional, addressable or aspirating system, rest assured that your property or business is in safe hands.
Resulting from regular maintenance visits, our engineers will ensure the ongoing prevention and thus protection from hazards, and strictly adhere to the requirements identified by mandatory Fire Risk Assessments and annual reviews, as laid down by The Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005, which came into force on Ist October 2006.
We are able to provide an initial Fire Risk Assessment and subsequent emergency plan as required by The Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005. You are strongly advised to firstly utilise this service offered, which will clearly identify your needs of fire safety, and satisfy all documentation required for inspection by the Fire Brigade.
This Fire Risk Assessment will be completed by a specialist in his field a former Assistant Divisional Officer, who served twenty eight years with the London Fire Brigade, London Fire & Civil Defence Authority (LFCDA) and also holds the admiral qualification of Member of the Institution of Fire Engineers (M.I.Fire.E.) And accordingly deemed a suitably qualified person under The Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005.
